One of the most important features of Compact Rock is a segment called the Local Orange Peel. As a long time local musician in Central New York, and with his many years in the local radio industry, Brodie has made it a point to make sure that local and regional Upstate and Central New York artists get their moment to shine. Without outlets such as Local Orange Peel, the stellar guys and gals that make up the music scene of the present and future will never shine. I will work to change that!

Now with the far reaching outlet that Compact Rock has garnered, Brodie is also opening the doors to the country. If you are a local musician in your area, no matter where you are listening, then we want to hear you. Feel free to send me your music, and please make it clean, and we will let you get heard.
