Compact Rock Week 224

It was yet another excellent week of Compact Rock, but would you expect ANYTHING less? I didn't think so! As we proceed to give you what you need, let your troubles slide away and listen to some great 90's music. We do what we always do here. We give you exactly what you want. One thing does not change, no matter what, and that is that we are getting better every week. Aging like a fine wine. We will continue to give you what you need. Always giving you the Thursday Night Rock Delight! This week for the Randomizer, which is very important to me, we called Steve from Cortland and in the Local Orange Peel you will find music from Infrared Radiation Orchestra from Syracuse, NY.

HOUR ONE:

The Living End - Prisoner Of Society

The Ramones - I Don't Wanna Grow Up

Green Day - Longview

The Ataris - The Boys Of Summer

Supergrass - Caught By The Fuzz

Queens Of The Stone Age - The Lost Art Of Keeping A Secret

Our Lady Peace - Superman's Dead

Oleander - Shrinking The Blob

Dishwalla - Charlie Brown's Parents

Urge Overkill - Sister Havana

The Uninvited - Too High For The Supermarket

The Wallflowers - One Headlight

The Verve - Lucky Man

HOUR TWO:

Canella - Here For You

Canella - Why Can't I

Republica - Drop Dead Gorgeous

Silverchair - Israel's Son

Goo Goo Dolls - Lazy Eye

Local H - Bound For The Floor

Living Colour - Cult Of Personality

311 - Beautiful Disaster (Live)

The Afghan Whigs - Honky's Ladder

The Urge - Jump Right In

Stroke 9 - Little Black Backpack

The Cardigans - Lovefool

The Cranberries - Zombie

Warren Zevon - Desperado Under The Eaves

Aside from Oleander, Dishwalla and Urge Overkill, Steve also chose songs from Sponge and Stone Temple Pilots. If you want to be a part of the show, you can go to The Randomizer section of the site for more information on that. Follow us on social media, and you may become a part of the show! We will ask you to pick five songs and The Randomizer will pick three of those to play for you. As always, we appreciate you listening. Another year, the same great Compact Rock every week for. Come back next week, and all throughout 2024, as we continue to give you what you need.
