So what is The Randomizer you might ask? Is it some sort of futuristic being or entity? It is a program like SkyNet, that is here to take over the world? It is just something that Brodie came up with to have fun with the listeners of Compact Rock?

Well......you would be correct on all of those, a little bit!

The Randomizer is a cheeky little way for the listeners of Compact Rock to be a part of the show. We do have the normal ways of putting requests in via social media. But....we do not have a physical phone number that you can call for requests. So The Randomizer was born.

​

Basically here is how it works, I will find one of our followers, or likes on Social Media. I will ask you to pick five songs. I will use a program that I have created (patent pending) to jumble those five songs in a random order. Then the first three songs that pop up, that is what is played.  We do it every week in the 9:30 PM half hour.

On this page, you will see who has featured on The Randomizer. this week. I will give you their name, and what songs they picked, and what The Randomizer picked for them. The songs that are played will be seen on this page. The first three songs are what The Randomizer picked. The final two are what The Randomizer did not choose. This will give you an unique view into what our listeners want to here, and how this show will evolve and change based on what YOU want!
